The Pu Luong day tour offers travelers a complete journey to explore the majestic natural beauty of the mountains and the unique culture of the Thai people. The tour includes transportation by car from Mai Chau and an English-speaking local guide. Guests will enjoy local specialties for lunch in Pu Luong and visit popular attractions such as Kho Muong village, Doi Cave, Don Village, Hieu Waterfall, and traditional waterwheels.

Tour Details
- Departure from Mai Châu: In the morning, a vehicle and a local guide will pick you up at your homestay.
- Stop at Pù Luông Viewpoint: After more than an hour of travel, you will make a quick stop to take photos at the Pù Luông viewpoint.
- Visit Kho Mường Village: Continue for another 20 minutes to arrive at Kho Mường, a traditional village nestled deep in a peaceful valley. The area is adorned with terraced rice fields and beautiful stilt houses, almost completely isolated from the outside world. Since cars cannot enter, you will need to walk about 2 km to reach the village, enjoying the breathtaking natural scenery along the way.
- Explore Dơi Cave: While in Kho Mường, you will explore Dơi Cave, a magnificent natural cave featuring unique stalactites.
- Arrive at Hiêu waterfall: After a 40-minute journey, you will reach Thác Hiêu, where you can pass through many pristine Thai villages and terraced rice fields. Here, you can relax, take photos, and swim in the beautiful waterfall hidden among the mountains.
- Lunch at a restaurant near Hiêu Waterfall: Enjoy a unique local meal during your lunch break.
- Visit Traditional Water Wheels: After lunch, you will visit the serene scenery of traditional water wheels, a distinctive symbol of Pù Luông.
- Tour Đon Village: Continue your journey to Đôn Village, one of the most famous tourist spots in Pù Luông, known for its expansive terraced rice fields.
- Return to Mai Châu: On the way back, you will stop by a bamboo workshop to learn about how local people craft bamboo products.
